Registration Instructions
1. Download & Print Registration Packet and Immunization Form.
2. Fill out entire packet.
3. Turn in completed packet with $25/wk deposit for summer weeks or $50 for school year.
Your spot will only be reserved once all paperwork (including immunization forms) is completed and deposit has been paid.
